My frame was stolen off of my front porch. They replaced it for free with no hassle. Frame is high quality and the service staff are very friendly. Highly recommend
::UPDATE:: While we had our up and downs, but eventually the issue got to the right manager. They were able to make things right, and I ended up what I needed... which was just the correct frames, without damage. Sorry for the delay in updating my post.
Dilma Martins helped me with a custom order in resizing the frame and attached water color image. The result is beautiful! And Dilma was great to work with! Highly recommend especially if you have a custom need or request.
