This company made a mistake, refunded a partial amount and made $50 profit for a product not in the customer hand. Very terrible customer service.
We are repeat customers. My daughter’s medical school diploma arrive and was much larger than the frame she had chosen. Church Hill Classics worked with us and allowed us to ship the original frame back and sent us the correct size. It arrived and the diploma fits perfectly. It is absolutely stunning! Beautiful quality and great customer service. Their follow up to make sure all was well was also much appreciated.
The diploma Frame is dangerous to put together. I nearly bled on my degree because I got cut by one of the frame clips. Also, they advertised that this diploma frame would be in wood. Feels like plastic and is flimsy. Never ordering from this organization again.
