I had a classic case of an overly complicated order, and yet it was executed to perfection. I'm incredibly thankful to Julie for her help getting all the minutiae lined up - an impressive level of customer service that really made me feel like my order was in good hands.
Church Hill makes the best diploma frames. Super high quality materials and great craftsmanship. The level of customer support was also great. I had some issues with the frame I had ordered, 1st one arrived with glass broken and matting all scratched up from the glass, 2nd replacement arrived with some damage to the wood frame, likely due to rough handling by FedEx.
