Frame came chipped. Customer service said all they could do is give me a refund on the product and tax if I paid to ship it back. I also didn’t receive a refund for the original shipping I paid ($40). For “satisfaction guaranteed”, I am extremely unsatisfied. Don’t shop here
1st frame came in damaged however with a couple pictures and a phone call they responded with a replacement immediately. No need to go after the shipping company or sending the item back. Very very good customer service department.
Beautiful frames amazing customer service fast, friendly service highly recommend my son graduated law school, and I needed two frames, Both arrive before the schedule time and look better than the pictures.
This was my first purchase it will not be my last. Quality work and exceptional customer service.
