Extremely happy customer here. Long story short, my frame package was stolen during the delivery. I checked the cameras and found it was stolen. After filing a police report, I contacted Fedex. (It was caused by Fedex's negligence and ,of course, the theft) I then contacted Church Hill Classics. With their fast assistance, I received a new one very soon. Unfortunately, the website says 120 days for returns but doesn’t specify customer pays shipping. Then in another section on the website it says customer pays return shipping. Shipping back was close to $100, I lost money. Won’t re-purchase from them. I had politely asked if they could just remake the mat and they kept pushing for me to purchase a new frame. The diploma frames arrived beautifully in thoughtful packaging. I accidentally ordered the incorrect size for one of my frames but the replace/return process was easy and quick. The customer service rep Carol was helpful, friendly, and timely with my return process.

I purchased this frame because it was personalized with the honors program insignia. This large frame makes the certificate stand out, and it is really worth the extra cost. We are glad we made this purchase.
