Hailey at Church Health YMCA is stellar! Every session is varied and well planned. And she pays attention to her class! She watches us and interacts, which most yoga teachers do not necessarily do. She is just fabulous. Please keep her!!
I retired 2-1/2 years ago; I have been coming to church health YMCA before then. I go at least 3 days a week and I am very pleased with my weight loss health journey. ( Chair-Yoga, Riding the bicycles, walking the track while carrying weights, Active Healthy Adults, and Line Dancing have been a part of my regime for the past 2-1/2 years.) 🥰
