Terrible website, not user friendly at all. Can’t book appointments! Their “five star feedback “ banner keeps popping up, so irritating, takes up the whole page hence unable to book appointments.
My experiences with the wonderful Ewa and Freddie have always been amazing, as someone who had a fear of dentists for years 5*. kind, reassuring and patient. However, the receptionist I spoke to recently regarding an appointment was terrible, rude, and cut me off, which really made me think twice about coming back 1*.

I want to book appointment for the check up my teeth's . When i called the receptionist was very rude. After that, when i attended my appointment on the day again the same receptionist was there ans she told me that you misses your appointment. I asked why? She said you came late and i wasn't late i was on the time exactly the time she booked for me because the doctor when she seen she also told me that yes my appointment was 2:40pm.
