My load was supposed to be completed by 1. I arrived at 8:30 and it was not complete. It is almost 9 and they just put my trailer at a dock.
Too Slow
Saturday appointment got here at 1430, appointment is 1615. Come in through the front gate, and the guard asks for id. He then directs you to drive straight and check in by doors 43 -44. Ring bell to get in. They are supposed to buzz you in, but someone will come out. Check in they will give you a door or will have you wait in your truck and call you.
