I have no idea why this place has bad reviews, i came in one h b4 my appointment, got loaded whithin an hour my appointment was 1h15pm now its 1h05pm and i am loaded . Can't b better than that...danke .

I gave it 3 just because I wasnt actually a customer. Otherwise Id have given them lower. 2 lanes to drive in, one for employees, one for visitors. Im picking up someone. I am not an employee so I go in visitor lane. Gate wont open. No one there to assist. Guy in guard shack for outgoing lanes is busy. Someone comes up behind me and is rude telling me I need to be in other lane. Guard shack guy says to push the button when I get to other lane....of course theres 2 unlabelled buttons and I hit the wrong one. Then it wont stop... read more
