I had a good experience. My Dispatcher asked me to see if I could get loaded early. A day early. I don't recommend trying that. Anyway I was given a door. I thought I may be waiting a long time. They started loading in ten minutes! I was outa there in 2 hours. No overnight parking but that shouldn't be expected of a shipper. It's not a shipper's responsibility to provide parking.
Experience started out good enough. First time ever there. Guards were friendly and helpful. Was doing a drop and hook. Guard told me where to drop and go to get my paperwork when I got to shipping office the guy working the wimdow wouldn’t answer question just looked at me like he wanted to stab me and just pointed at a sign taped to the window instead of just speaking. Dude if you don’t want to talk to people then find another job.
