We have had no problems with Church Budget. They have great customer service and everyone I have talked to is friendly and helpful. I really appreciate the list they email me that show s address changes and people who have been removed and added to our envelope list. Any problems we have had have been with our local post office being to lazy to deliver envelopes. I have had so many questions about Church Budget and how they do what they do, I have talked to the customer service team many times and they very so helpful in many ways. They get back to me in a timely manner and are always very nice too!

Just started with this company but so far they have been very accommodating. They take the time to make sure we are getting what we need and want. We have had a couple of hiccups but that is my hiccup not theirs and they are patient with when i make them.

Our church has worked with the Pidgeon family at The Church Budget since I have been on staff. Yes, I will admit during COVID, we had a hiccup in delivery. Since that time, they have taken that experience personally and improved every part of their operation. They lowered cost for the inconvenience, over staffed customer service, guaranteed on-time delivery, and have constantly sent out communications each month.
