Picked up my car today and it was perfect ! I have never worked with a repair shop that goes out of their way to wash and clean your car after the work is done. Everyone informed me along the way of my repairs. I had my car back in 2 days. The girls at the front next were very polite too. A+ Church Brothers !
Supposed to been done in 3 days 2 weeks later I would not recommend them to nobody did not keep me very well informed along with the insurance company all they worried about was my hundred dollar deductible never again!!!
The reception ladies is only people I would rave about. Incomplete repairs done, the paint they spent "7 hours" doing is already chipping. Lucky for me my insurance is taking care of the incomplete repairs. Never given a walk though with what they fixed. Felt like I could of given a better body shop my business for a local company I try to spread the love. Very disappointed and will not recommend to anybody that asks for recommendations.
I used CB for my first (ever) repair need. I wasn't sure what to expect-would the repairs look good, would the paint match, etc. Not only did they explain the process, I received text updates twice a week. The work was excellent-like new!! They even stayed a bit after closing to get me taken care of (Thanks Josh!). They made me feel like a valued customer. Highly recommend!!!
