My mom has a high blood pressure and cough alot,because a side effects of medicine high blood pressure...Dr Chuong,he knows it and changed a nether one...and after couple months cough alot,she stop...We are very happy and like him alot...Good,nice,friendly,kind doctor...Because I changed the insurance for my mom,if not we still go to see him...He is excellent doctor.

I like Doctor Chuong Nguyen at Kelsey Seybold because he is an excellent family doctor who truly listens to my concerns and takes the time to explain things thoroughly. He is very knowledgeable and compassionate, and I always feel comfortable asking him any questions. He also has a great sense of humor, good manner and makes me feel at ease during appointments. Unfortunately, my mom has had very unpleasant visits with Dr. Nguyen. He is extremely rude and clearly does not care about his patients. My mom has a long history of health issues, in which she has had to change to a very clean diet in the past years in which I am witness to as I am her caretaker but he continuously criticizes her weight in a VERY rude manner and calls her a liar and basically says she’s fat and needs to stop eating so much. My mother had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Nguyen. He was rude and didn’t seem to have reviewed any of her medical history beforehand. The interaction was cold and dismissive. We waited 40 minutes to have a form signed by Dr. Nguyen only for them to tell us he refused to sign it. A doctor should be compassionate and attentive — unfortunately, this was the opposite. I would not recommend this provider to anyone looking for thoughtful or professional care.
