Brian is a rockstar!!! Called, he came as fast as he could. Figured out problem, ordered part, and had it fixed within hours!!! Also gave us lots of advice to avoid future issues. HIGHLY RECCOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!
Brian was quick to identify my RV toilet problem on the initial phone call. And came equipped with all the proper parts and he was willing to come to my camp spot, out of town, for the repair. This guy truly knows his stuff and is quick and reasonably priced.
I talked to the technician.at the grocery outlet.and picked his brain about how to install a backup camera on my RV and after that it was easy to do. Thank you very much.
Easy repair of a broken window. Brian came to my trailer storage place, took measurements, got a new window custom made, and then installed it also right at my trailer storage facility. Cheaper, faster and more convenient than going to the dealership. And the window is as good as new. Very happy with the overall experience and will definitely call Brian again next time there is anything I need to get done on the trailer.
