Dr Lu is very thorough and was able to go over all of the options and answered all of my questions. She’s caring and understanding. I really appreciate how she talks you through procedures so you know exactly what will happen or what is going to happen.
Front desk staff is rude and passive aggressive. I wish I knew how awful the staff is before I signed up to be Dr. Lu’s patient. One woman even hung up on me, despite me telling her how important it was for me to speak to the office manager. Slow work and rude, but if it was their own health, they would expect another level of service.
