This is the most difficult review I have ever written. I hesitated for a long time before posting it. I hope sharing our experience will help others make an informed decision. 1. No proactive care from the beginning. My wife was 38 years old and had a previous miscarriage, making this a high-risk pregnancy. The front desk staff were shockingly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. They showed very little patience and repeatedly made me feel as though my questions and concerns were an inconvenience. As someone who speaks English as a second language, I felt especially disrespected and unsupported. Their attitude was cold, condescending, and completely inappropriate for a medical office. This was one of the worst front desk experiences I have ever had.

Avoid this clinic at all costs, terrible experience.
Told my wife she didn’t have an infection when she did based on labs, pregnant with twins. Ended up in ER and later had complications due to negligence. Do not recommend, she’s a robot
