Avoid this clinic at all costs, terrible experience.
Told my wife she didn’t have an infection when she did based on labs, pregnant with twins. Ended up in ER and later had complications due to negligence. Do not recommend, she’s a robot
I came to see Chunhua Lu for severe PMS symptoms. She told me to write my emotions in a book and "manage your [my] stress". I got scammed out of my $50 copay to say the least. Very disappointing. No lab work on hormone levels, just nothing. She told me to come back for my annual women's, and I asked if I could get it done that day since my original visit was pointless and legitimately nothing was being done, and she said "no because its under a different insurance code". Dr. Lu is a professional OB doctor with full knowledge in her practice field as well as having over 30-year working experience. She is patient, kind and understanding to patient. It's so blessed to have her as doctor! I found her through Google research due to she is in network of my insurance the end of this March. Dr. Lu did in-patient surgery for me on 5/28/24. Filled out form to get appt in April, no response. Called twice in May and finally got appt for June. Got call saying Dr won’t be in clinic anymore so have to reschedule for July. Then beryl happens and have to reschedule to August. Then waited 1 1/2 hrs for appt and says may need to reschedule since I’m now pregnant.. so you can’t do a wellness exam if doesn’t include Pap smear? What about the rest of the health exam?
