Dr.Lu is one of the most experienced OB that I have ever met, she is very professional and caring, She delivered my baby boy on 09/05, I was so nervous because of my age and other factors! but she takes good care of me from the beginning to the end, it is very smooth delivery! I can't thank her enough! Highly recommended!
I saw Dr. Lu last year 2023, for the first time and she seemed ok. She wasn't extremely warm or friendly but she got the job done. However, the wait time was horrible. Today, 6/13/2024 I went for my well woman exam. I arrived at 10:50 am. I waited in the lobby for 30 minutes before being taken to the exam room. I was left disrobed in the exam room for over an hour. Nobody updated me on what was taking so long, or even checked on me. Finally, after not being seen for nearly 2 hours, I decided to leave. The girls at the front ... read more
