I have been going to Dr Chung for at least 6 years now and have had sporadic issue getting in touch with them. However for the last 2 months, I have been calling them and leaving them messages to get my prescription processed. They NEVER answer their phone and they never called me back either. I am not commenting on whether the doctor is good or bad in this review, I am only sharing the experience I had there. I went to see the doctor for an annual physical. I didn’t need to get anything else done, the staff there seems to be unhappy about that. Then a month later, I got a surprise bill in the mail. After calling my insurance, billing, and then the clinic, I found out that the charge was from a question I asked the doctor. The question costed $150. Dr Chung is thorough, professional and caring. She takes her time with you so you truly feel cared about. Highly recommend.
Dr Chung is an exceptional physician. In my experience with several primary care physicians she immediately impressed me with her competence and genuine concern. I would recommend her to others without hesitation.
Avoid here. Please choose a different doctor. I have no idea why they even take appointments. Came here for annual physical exam. A nurse said change clothes to paper gowns and did not explain why. Before she left, she said the doctor will be in shortly but never showed up for an hour. When I finally asked when to have the doctor in, no one has apologized or addressed the situation correctly.
