I am not commenting on whether the doctor is good or bad in this review, I am only sharing the experience I had there. I went to see the doctor for an annual physical. I didn’t need to get anything else done, the staff there seems to be unhappy about that. Then a month later, I got a surprise bill in the mail. After calling my insurance, billing, and then the clinic, I found out that the charge was from a question I asked the doctor. The question costed $150. Dr Chung is thorough, professional and caring. She takes her time with you so you truly feel cared about. Highly recommend.
Dr Chung is an exceptional physician. In my experience with several primary care physicians she immediately impressed me with her competence and genuine concern. I would recommend her to others without hesitation.
Avoid here. Please choose a different doctor. I have no idea why they even take appointments. Came here for annual physical exam. A nurse said change clothes to paper gowns and did not explain why. Before she left, she said the doctor will be in shortly but never showed up for an hour. When I finally asked when to have the doctor in, no one has apologized or addressed the situation correctly. Dr. Chung is an amazing, kind and understanding doctor. She listens and truly helps. I’ve felt very comfortable being in her care. She’s been very helpful to me and my medical journey these past couple of months. However, the front office staff is another story. Getting them to return a call to you or your specialists for medical records or appts can be days to hear back or no call back at all.
