Treated like I was a person, engaged by provider, who felt comfortable w herself as a person good eye contact, good listening and feedback skills. Aside from the professional issues that were positive. I left appt feeling valued! Also front office staff demonstrated good customer service skills. Bottom line: 5.0 rating!
I have been seeing Dr. Chung for a long time he takes good care of me. I would highly recommend him for any heart issues.
Everyone is professional, kind and courteous. The office is clean and the appointment times are honored. Dr Chung is attentive in listening and accessing my needs and concerns. He additionally provides details about labs, EKG and other pertinent patient information to maintain good cardio health.
Staff knows all their responsibilities. Dr Chung is caring about his patients.
