Dr Chun is My G.I. doctor. I have been suffering from chronic constipation since 2019 and maybe even prior than that. I spent several months in the hospital fighting for my life and she knew this.!! I am missing part of my colon I had my gallbladder and appendix taken away from me. I was an ostomy patient. I have seen her countless times the first two times she was amazing. I truly thought she cared, but wow, was I so mistaken.. Every time after that visit, she never made eye contact with me. I would cry and bawl my eyes out... read more
Dr Chun is very nice, professional and knowledgeable. However, her office staff, Victoria, is extremely rude, unprofessional, and seems she couldn’t care any less about her job it seems. I would recommend Dr Chun, but the staff needs significant training in dealing with patients, learning empathy and the act of caring.
Very Professional & Respectful. Treated me very well. The Facility was very Clean & Seemed well organized.
I met Dr.Chun prior to my colonoscopy ,August 2 ,2024. I had all my records and GI issues and my concern regarding My severe IBS -C and aware it can make my symptoms worse.. She assured me It would be fine. Well since the procedure my IBS -C is worse . I have gone to masive constipation with having to extract hard stools manually then a Spastic day of uncontrolled IBS C to D. To cover themselves I called for my follow up ,and told them something is wrong. Her first opening for a problem was January 2O,2025!So now here we are... read more
For the record, my wife has a different last name. My wife had a colonoscopy at Sarasota Memorial hospital a couple of weeks ago and I drove her to the hospital. Chun did the colonoscopy... After the procedure, I was taken back to the recovery room, and waited about 45 minutes until Chun came to see my wife. I was on the opposite side of the bed / right across from Chung... She didn't have the courtesy to acknowledge me what so ever. I tried to communicate with her, and she didn't even see me eye to eye. Very strange indeed.... read more
