SO authentic. This place is my one of my favorite Hong Kong cafes.
Decent portion sizes for a good price, but the food overall was pretty average Baked Pork Chop in Portuguese Sauce (2/5): Very heavy and chunky. Lacked depth of flavor and overall wasn't very appetizing from the chunky sauce Flat Noodle with Beef & Gravy (3.75/5): On the heavier side, but the beef was tender HK Milk Tea (4/5): Bold, rich, and very flavorful, definitely a highlight Taipan Stir-Fry Rice Noodle (3/5): Didn't taste stir-fried at all. It was too wet/soggy and not very flavorful
I’ve been wanting to try this Hong Kong style cafe for a while! The interior did not disappoint. It certainly felt like you were stepping into a movie set featuring old Hong Kong. The atmosphere is really good. I came on a Saturday around 2 pm, so there was no wait for a table. We ordered cheung fun with peanut butter and hoisin sauce. It was slightly more watery than I like. This place is amazing I LOVE LOVE THEIR FOOD!! Every dish is yummy especially the noodle dishes!! The portions are large and filling too 🤩🤩
The food is lovely! The only thing I worry about is the price. The decorations reminds me of Hong Kong.
