My husband had taken my vehicle here to get new tires put on the rims for winter. While the service was easily scheduled via online, got confirmation call, and the service was completed correctly the one downfall was they scratched up one of my rims with a tool it appeared and didn't even mention it to my husband and I noticed it the next day. I know they can't fix it and accidents happen but saying something and acknowledging it would have been appreciated.
I went into Chumbleys with a 2014 Volkswagen Passat I was anticipating buying from a dealership. I had them do a pre purchase inspection. When I found out that this did not include an OBD code scanner I asked the staff if I could get that done, the desk staff said yes but it will bring the cost to 80 dollars , I agreed. She fails to mention to me that this would be on top of the already 30 dollar pre inspection, so when I got the bill it was 125 dollars, I would have appreciated them letting me know. Great service! Quick, efficient, helpful… etc. They check all the boxes! Ownership and staff are great! Definitely the best place in the state for vehicle maintenance and repairs! They treat you like family!
