The service at Chumbley's Auto Care is exceptional! I was unable to get my license plate removed, nor could a person who helped me at the DOT. It was recommended that I drive to Chumbley's Auto Care to ask if they could help. From the moment I walked through the door they were kind, helpful, and did everything they could do to remove the rusted and stuck screw that was holding my old plate on (Toyota make).
