Dr. Chuma employs a holistic approach to treatment. His practice diagnosed an issue that another MD group completely missed.
Poor bedside manner; does not seem to like patient asking questions and is dismissive of such.
Dr. Chuma is patient and kind. He really takes the time to listen and explain to me what is gooing on.
Dr. Chuma was very intent listening and evaluating my issue. He took time to review my symptoms and asked in-depth questions helping me to reveal information I did not even link to my problem. As he progressed through the medical assessment he verbalized his findings so that I could fully understand. He took all the time I needed to repeat back and ask even more questions. Dr. Chuma is a class act, if you need an ENT you will be happy he assessed you.
I've been seeing an otolaryngologist for 15 plus years now. I switched to Dr Chuma when I didn't need feel my last doctor was giving me the care I needed. After visiting dr Chuma, I know I made the right decision to switch. I like his personality and the discussions we have had about the surgery I had and what's the best way to proceed. I'd recommend him to everyone!
Dr Chuma is an excellent medical doctor. I've seen him half a dozen times over the years. He has a gentle and caring bedside manner. He listens, he cares, and he knows his field. I can't recommend him highly enough.
I would recommend Dr. Chuma to anyone. He is very smart, caring, friendly, and listens to you. He has a tremendous amount of experience in his field and explains everything in detail and makes sure you understand your condition and the treatments. He is very kind. He has helped treat many of my ENT conditions. The office receptionists in Exton are nasty and irritable, though and hard to deal with. That is the only con for his Exton office. I would recommend going to the West Chester office.
