So waited from pretty much 1pm thats what time my online booking time was scheduled for and got nothing very poor

Abeer on reception provides exceptional customer service at this medical centre. Only concern in your practise is Renee in reception needs to fix her attitude very disrespectful and doesn’t treat the elderly well. Dr Kbar supports the elderly and caters for my father’s medical needs. Thanks for the high level of professionalism and commitment to going above & beyond.
I couldn't take part in the appointment as the telephone line was not clear
