Unfortunately, the service was quite delayed. Only one meal was served on time and the other two meals were significantly late Due to the delay, we decided to take the remaining two meals as takeaway. However, we were disappointed to find that the sauces for the chowmein and momo were not included in the takeaway
We dined tonight with a group of 10 people and would like to share some feedback about our experience. We ordered a variety of dishes including Goat TAS, peanuts sadheko (x2), chicken and goat khaja set (x2), C. Chilly(x2), C. Momo full platter (x2), veg soup momo (x2). One of the worst experience ever. Slowest and Poorest Service - waited 45 minutes. Never dining here again. Food quality and service didn’t match with the price. Ordered Nepali Thali and taste is Bland and not worth the price. Worst Nepali Thali we ever had. Homemade Thali tastes a lot better than this one.
Disappointed with service, waited for 30 min for momo .....highly not recommend to everyone
A very disappointing experience. Our order took 45 minutes to arrive, and when it finally came, the food was cold. Throughout the wait, we tried to get the staff’s attention by calling and raising our hands, but we were ignored. On top of that, no one apologised for the delay. instead, they served us with attitude and dismissive looks. Poor food quality and even worse customer service. Definitely not recommended.
