UPDATE: 07/1/2026 Second year at this VA and Im starting to see employees slacking off, not getting back to their patients who called to be seen by the primary care for a non emergency symptoms. I called and was told this VA would get back to me in 3 days, but nothing. I called on the 3rd day to follow up, which is supposed to be their job to follow up on their patients making sure they're still alive, and I was told that I have to wait another 24 hrs 😱 Their call center employees would argue with their patients and tell th... read more
