I had an unworking TV that I got for free, to see if it was repairable. When I called, the technician took the time to hear the problem, offered their expertise and did what they could to limit my costs. After replacing a cable that is often the issue with this TV, it still did not come on. The technician offered to still come out and check things out in more depth, but after looking at probable issues and cost of components, we decided it wouldn't be worth it, and he didn't want to charge me just to come tell me it's broken... read more
Not a man of his word. We set up an appointment to show up and he never came by or called to cancel. This tells me he is unorganized and unprofessional.
George came to my house diagnosed my problem and gave a quote. The price was extremely fair. George picked up my TV repaired and brought it back in about one week If you have TV problems go to George.
