The waterpark was clean and well maintained. The crowds were much smaller than the other resorts in town. The rooms were comfortable and clean. This will be our new go-to waterpark spot in the Dells.

STAY AWAY! The service is absolutely abhorrent. I called to cancel my resort reservation (a simple process) that could not be completed in one phone call because the incredibly rude customer service agent hung up on me. I completely understand why this place has horrible reviews. To this day, I am not sure if my reservation was actually canceled. Ridiculous. Absolutely ridiculous.
Attended a wedding at a near by venue. We all stayed here. Rooms are super outdated and smelled. People were tailgating in the parking lot. Would not recommend.
