The room was very spacious and offered a nice space for my family during our stay. The biggest issue was we found a blood soaked towel stuffed in the underside of the sink, which was absolutely disgusting. Every door in the room creaked. So once the kids were down you couldn’t move quietly without alerting everyone. Countless areas within the room were half-assed fixed, from literal staples holding wallpaper onto the walls to unpainted putty that fixed a hole. Waterpark was fantastic! Yes, it's smaller than Noah's ark but not nearly as busy. We spent the morning at Noah's Ark and mostly waited in lines because there were at least six waterslides that were closed. We then switched to Chula Vista where there were no lines and all the rides were open. The life guards were amazing and kind, making encouraging remarks and just being friendly. To start they up charged the room $500 so I payed $1000 for a room I usually pay $500 for because they were almost fully booked they said. Then the hotel smell was not fresh. When I made it to the room it smelled of mildew and funk. Not going here again and I used to love it. The staff was very rude also.
We were there 2 weeks ago , nice place , rooms were okey . A few things , When we were the elevators wasn’t working properly so we had to wait at least 20 min to get down to the fist floor . There was no front desk people in one of the buildings. Then if you need either extra toilet paper or dish soap You will have to text a number. I think it’s little expensive also .
Very clean and comfortable resort, the waterpark is excellent. The restaurants are good and you literally can get anything you need and they’re more than willing to help you however, upon check-in, I had the unfortunate interaction with Renso, I guess he’s some kind of manager. He’s extremely snippy and short, not a good look for someone in a customer facing management role. so when you check in make sure you don’t talk to him as everybody else is very helpful , again Renso is extremely unhelpful , snippy & rude.
