The place was great. We didn't eat at the restaurants.
It's just terrible. Badly maintained. Rundown, the room smelled like a dog piss by the door. For the price not worth it, Waterpark is badly overdue for an upgrade, as is 90 percent of the entire property. The breakfast buffet is $ 21.99 per adult, and you have to pay for anything other than water. That's just cheap nickle and dime your customer. I booked two condos through booking.com and was informed cancellation was no charge if it was done with in 24 hours before check in, I was given the run around with the resort and booking.com but was able to cancel el the first night I booked for one day later check in due to a family emergency. However once we got there on a Wednesday evening they informed me at check in the water park and arcade and gift shop were all closed until Thursday evening. I'm very disappointed in the villa lofts. Says it accommodates 8 people but it is MUCH smaller than the photo advertised. The kitchen shows a full size refrigerator. We got a mini fridge. Beds are on top of each other. And the pullout chair bed..a twin size.... was AWFUL! It was dirty, ripped, and thin as a board. The regular beds were as hard as a rock and the blanket..was not a blanket.. it was as thin as the sheet was Not worth what we paid. At least we went during the week and the water park was empty.
