Rooms were large enough for our family, loose wall outlets, 5th floor rooms and one of the windows was missing it's screen and the 2nd window, the screen was not intact, was just kinda resting there. One of our days we were advised we would have no running water for 4-6 hours. With 14 people, no bathrooms or showers gets a little difficult. Ice machines on the 4th and 5th floor didn't work, called the front desk who told me to go to the first floor lobby for ice. Not a good start at first, we had upgraded to a jacuzzi studio condo, got put in a basic room, called front desk, they said to come back over and they would get us in the right room, got to the front desk, the guy had no idea what was talking about, so had to re explain everything! Finally got in the right room. We were never told how the all inclusive worked, had to figure out on our own. Terrible place to stay. Its not part of the actual resort. This was a air b and b rental. It wasnt clean, but they charge you a cleaning fee, they had one roll of tissue in the residence. Shower curtain was dirty and we saw bugs. We called them to tell them about all this and the most they did was take off the cleaning fee. Well thats fine and all but the place wasnt clean from the beginning. Never again. The only thing I can say is it was quiet and secluded. Oh and the 50$ for there water park was not worth it at all.
