This is the second time that this company painted my house. They did touch up for my bedrooms 2 years ago and I was happy with the result. This year they did for the whole house. Luis gave very good suggestion, and I’m happy with the results. Thank you Luis, and I’ll recommend you to my friends.
I got a couple quotes from painters for repairing the stucco and repainting the exterior of my house. The quotes were about the same, but Luis was much more professional than the other. He also is quick to reply to emails and sends a written contract with details. The painting team power washed and repaired the aging stucco the first day, and painted the entire house, doors, and pergola over the next 3 days. Quick turn around and great work.
Mr Luis Delgado (Chula visiting Painting) Came to my home to do stucco and wood repairs and painting. Repairs done of things not in the contract because they wanted to do a complete job with integrity. My home looks like a new home and is so beautiful. I appreciate that the work was completed in half the days given and the young men were kind and hard working. I would recommend Mr Delgado if you want a company that does excellent work with fair pricing .
My 50-year-old two-story stucco home was painted in an old, drab, beige color and had peeling white trim. The stucco had cracks, holes, and damaged areas around the house. Luis came out to look it over. He pointed out every area that needed extra work, gave recommendations, and produced a quote the same day.
