This guys go above and beyond!!! Great customer service, they offer valet to pick up and drop off your vehicle from your home if you’re with 15 mile range. Jose Gomez answered all my questions and advised me in what was needed to be done to my vehicle. Keep up the good work !!!

Took my car in for a Coolant leak said it was in the turbo ? and it would cost $5K to fix and $2K to fix 2 oil Leaks they found. It was a 2013 Escape not even worth 5K. They had the acquisition department call me and offered to buy the car for $300 ? I sold the car on my own and quickly bought another car that is not a ford. Never own a Ford again just because of this service department. They charge 3 times what a private repair shop charges.
