John Stevens from Ford helped me with a Warranty claim and I have to say he was friendly, professional and straight to the point. He explained what was wrong with the vehicle, what is going to be done to it and when it will be completed. Everyone I encountered was nice and helpful. Definitely recommend this shop to service your Ford!

Service dept is not pushy
For second time I need my service for my car Samsung 2021 the personal of services tell me I don’t have the Oil and filter you need to Go national city(concessionary) If you wan’t you need to waiter for 5 hours ??!!! I buy my car in this place!!! Only I need appointment and you have time for bring oil and whatever.. X good service
