Amazing churros.
We just went to a wedding where this food truck provided the dinner. It was so delicious and they did not run out of food! Loved the food and will look for opportunities to eat here again in the future.
The pho burrito is amazing, listen to the other reviews suggesting it, especially good with the Korean beef or the ancho chicken. I only ordered takeout so I can't speak to the service but I went twice over the weekend I was in Denver because I had to go back for another.
