Unethical! Notified them that I wanted to cut ties as having them as my realtor, but they conveniently didn’t provide me with the form to make it official. So of course once we went under contract on a house with another realtor, they claimed they were “entitled” to a percentage of the buyers representatives fees. Refused to do the ethical thing!! And they wonder why we wanted to cut ties…… stay far away from this outfit! Broker of the firm didn’t even return my call.
