If you haven't tried Chuck's Wagon BBQ in downtown Upper Marlboro, Md you are missing something special. The staff is freindly and attentive. The food is out of this world good!! Well, I have only tried the beef brisket, pulled pork, mac-n-cheese, and greens so far. The beef brisket is seriously piled high and thick cut. It is so tender it melts in your mouth. I ate 1/2 with and 1/2 w/out BBQ. The brisket itself was so delicious and the BBQ sauce was so delicious. The pulled pork was likewise worthy to be eaten unadored. The sides were down home good!!! If you haven't tried Chuck's, better get there b4 everyone finds out about it!!!

Recently I attended a wedding reception for a friend at Ft. Meade and Chucks Wagon BBQ catered the event. OMG! that was the best bbq I have ever had hands down. I travel extensively with the military and have had BBQ all over the world and this by far is the best I have had. The beef brisket was dead on, nice smoke ring, flavor all the way through and juicy. the pulled pork was rediculous! and the sauce on the bbq chicken was so good I made a to go box to have some chicken later that night. I recently called Chuck to tell him what i thought about his food and he was the nicest most humble guy ever. I found out that he does bbq competitions and is working on opening his first resturant. If you are looking for a caterer with integrity on top of great food, I highly recommend Chucks Wagon BBQ!
