if you want to get the run around on work, they are to warranty then this is your place. They have had my 2015 Transit for over 18 months yes that it corrects. They rebuilt my transmission in spring of 2024 it lasted 3 months took back in fall of 2025. they still have not fixed it. and the new manager last month had the gull to say its old and hard to find parts. I wish it could be zero they have had my van for a warranty repair on my transmission that they repaired for over one full year now. all i get is my 10-year-old ford van its hard-to-find parts. keep in mind it was only 8 years old when i first took it to them for the first time. and the repair only last three months. who knows what issues i will now have after my deisel van has been sitting for over a year.
They rebuilt my transmission in April of 2024. Only lasted three months. Took it in Sept of 2024. They still have it as of 9-15-25. Twice have tried to get me to pay for other work. Stay away
So this is an update to a review I left on June 18 2025. I was contacted shortly after posting being told they were sorry and they would get to get. It is no sept 12. They have had my van for a warranty repair for over one year now. And when I called today they gave me the same thing they always say. Next week we will start. I told Vince i have been more the reasonable and no long. He could care less. Called Chuck's Transmission and was extremely pleased with the attitude of the management and staff! They were very knowledgeable about the involved process dealing with my '65 chevy impala transmission. They gave me a time period for ordering parts, completing the teardown process then expedited the repair, all in a convenient and agreeable time period.
