Took my car for a estimate on my front end the owner Chuck told me they would do it. So after getting a call that there wasn't anything wrong, and two of the guy test drove said it is ok. Then i told them to drive it on a bummy road. So after he call me back to tell me what was wrong it will be $1320.00 for the work to be done. I told them it was just a estimate. “Extremely disappointing experience with Chuck's Tires & Automotive. Customer service was terrible and they made it feel like they only cared if you were immediately spending money with them. I felt ignored and unsupported when asking for help. Save yourself the time and frustration — they don’t seem interested in assisting customers unless there’s guaranteed payment involved. Very unprofessional and uncaring experience.”

Never come here for LIFTS! I had them put on a 4.5” coil over lift for me. They quoted me $1,200.00 over the phone. They had my truck for a week with a bad attitude when I would call to get updates. They charged me $2,800.00 and didn’t even complete the job. They never installed the rear blocks, there were several bolts stripped, not torqued. First time customer…great first impression! They performed an aftermarket part installation for my son’s new truck and it looked/works great! Moreover, the cost for the job was very reasonable (actually less than I expected) which is in itself, testimony to their honesty/integrity…they are definitely trustworthy.
