Biggest mistake in my life bringing my truck in here to get worked on. They're incompetent. I've taken my vehicle back several times for the same issues. Each time they tell me it's ready and everything is good, there is either the same issues or new ones. They replaced my original motor and trans with a larger, supposedly newer one. But never changed anything to accommodate the extra power. I finally sent them a certified letter threatening a lawyer and they finally put in the proper cooling system to accommodate the bigger... read more

They've been in business for 52 years and have lots of experience working on hot rods! They've made quite a few improvements on my 1968 Pontiac Catalina Ventura--tune-ups, oil changes, Vintage Air A/C installation, and a lot of very recent cooling system improvements! Eventually I'd like to do a 700-R4 conversion and would not hesitate to have Chuck's do the conversion! If you're in the Phoenix area and need work performed on a hot rod, RV, or daily driver, I'd recommend them!
I can't highly recommend Chuck's Speed Center more, the work they did and the experience with them during the process has been excellent. They've been in business since 1966 and it shows why when you visit, chat with them and walk around the shop. Just great people to work with. No question where my 67 Cougar will go for the next big projects that I can't tackle. Lance and Dave were just excellent.
This is like a top hospital for your vehicle. Super clean, high tech feel with friendly professional staff. Pride of profession shines thru.
