Chuck and his assistant cleared a clogged toilet 2 hours after I called for a reasonable rate. They were clean and friendly. Highly recommend them!

I didn't have any hot water in my kitchen. I thought it was a fozen pipe but after trying to thaw it out with a space heater and a blow drier I began to think it was something else. I called Chuck and he helped me troubleshoot a few things over the phone and narrowed it down to a frozen pipe. He gave me a suggestion on how to thaw it out and said call him if that doesn't work.
