The restaurant is quite large, with a large parking lot around it. The waitress is friendly. The food is average—not great, but not bad either.
Sat down and ordered pasta chicken parm with ginger ale. Food comes out and no ginger ale yet. So I remind waitress and 10 minutes later out comes the ginger ale. She says it looks too light to be ginger ale as anyone would know. I take a confirmation sip and it was awful. Why did she bring it in the first place knowing it was bad? My husband and I visited Chuck’s Lindsay location on August 28, 2025, despite having heard negative feedback, because we wanted to give it a fair chance. Unfortunately, our experience left us extremely disappointed. We were shocked to see a dog seated at a dining table and served food on a plate by staff. While I am a dog lover and fully understand that service animals are permitted by law, this was not a service animal situation.
