I recently visited Chuck’s Roadhouse in Fort Erie, and I can confidently say it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish! Always forgets the sauces and dips, even when paid for. (Takeout)
My husband and I went here a couple days ago for apps and beer. The service was horrible. We had the bartender as our server, I believe her name was Brandy. She had a horrible attitude, made us feel like we weren't welcome. After our food came she didn't come over to check on us at all and when I was ready to order another drink and signaled to her, she seemed annoyed. Won't be going back.
My partner took us out for dinner with our daughter and her friend on a Friday. The restaurant was very underpopulated for a Friday night which should have been the first clue Fish and chips, absolute garbage. Sysco frozen, boxed fish. Chicken Parm, basic Nachos, meh Onion rings, tasted exactly like everything else fried and flat Fried Pickle spears, barely any flavour but a freezer taste Nothing in this place is made from scratch or with care.
Classless staff and customers. Poor service, poor food. Won’t get any of my money.
