Went out for drinks at Chuck’s with friends for a celebration this evening.. not impressed. As a group of 10, half of us in the service industry(servers and bartenders), didn’t feel welcome during our visit and were quite upset about it. The server with the Irish accent was rude, had an attitude, and gave off the impression that she didn’t want to be there. Great place to eat the staff is very welcoming
Really nice vibe great burger and onion rings even better priced. Waitresses was super friendly and attentive.
Am a big fan of Chuck's Roadhouse but of all the ones I have been to, I would say my experience wasn't good. Took a while before I got attended to and the staff acted like they were doing me a favor. My food was served without me seated also which felt unsafe.
