Went for dinner with my family and our Service was awful to say the least. Our waitress believe her name was Lauren was very rude to all of us. At one time left our table and didn’t return for at least half an hour. Don’t recommend

We don’t mind driving from Guelph to Fergus because Chuck’s is always worth it! Britni is amazing—super welcoming, friendly, and makes us feel like family every time. Her service is spot-on and she always goes the extra mile. She’s a huge reason we keep coming back. Always great vibes and top-notch service!”
