Hello we had the most amazing waiter his name was Andrew , he was friendly , very welcoming , and he knows his stuff !! You folks are so lucky to have him !!! Ordered a steak medium well, steak arrived rare. I asked to cook it longer. Second time around the steak was still rare. I asked for a fresh steak medium well, the manager was giving me push back about giving me a new steak, instead she insulted me and called me weird. The 3rd time around 30 minutes later still haven't received my steak. There should have been a rush on it. The rest of my group finished their meal. I still haven't eaten. Worst Chuck's I've ever been to. Do not eat here!
Came for lunch. Food was great. Andrew was the Best server yet. Very friendly with quick service. Thx
