Didn't end up eating there as the place was so smokey I couldn't stand it....I guess it's an interactive thing to be part of your smoked food. Suggest better ventilation for that kind of food. And I have eaten at other Chuck's and they were fine.
Awful experience! Went for my lunch hour. Was told to sit anywhere. Looked like only one person working the whole restaurant. Sat there a few min with no menu. Waiter came with menu, I told them I was on my lunch hr. Asked for glass of water. Waiter asked if I knew what I wanted, I didn’t. He left to get my water I thought. Nope! Waited there another 10 minutes and walked out. Do not go here if ur in a hurry!
Food is excellent. Kitchen is quick. Wait staff are amazing and hard working. Be sure to note their daily specials. Substitution for the fries cost extra. Great interior design and awesome atmosphere. Many TVs for your viewing pleasure. Washrooms are spotless. Consider dinner reservations especially on weekends. Bar, Patio and Dining Area available.
