Chuck’s Roadhouse offers great food at fair prices with generous portions. The appetizers are flavorful, and the staff is friendly and attentive. A lively spot that’s perfect for casual dining with friends or family.
This place is great. It has the best customer service I’ve ever seen. The waitress was so nice. The food is okay. When my brother got fish and chips there was a soggy spot on it and it tasted kind of gross but the waitress was apologizing and she made sure that we didn’t have to pay for it. Also, she gave us some free ice cream. She said that she just wanted to make sure we had a good time and enjoyed our meals.
Tonight was awful the burger was dry and hard. The nachos had barely any cheese and chicken. The waitress couldn't care less
Today I went to eat for the first time with my son and the food was terrible. We ordered steaks and it was like chewing on overcooked plastic. The fries were old, not fresh and cold, the corn was the same. In general, the food was terrible. I left a tip because I know the waitresses are not to blame for the food being so bad. This was my first and last time visiting this restaurant
