Despite the fantastic waitress (Karen M.) and good but not great food, their "Honest to Goodness" surcharge of 3% will keep me from returning.

I travel a lot for work, and chucks is one of those places where I go and know the food and services will be great, but in this location food wasn't good at all. Even the server asked if the food was mediocre and then when I said yes he said that that is usually how it goes. The services was good tho.
Too many flies in the restaurant please put screens up, it's simple and everyone complains about the flies in your dining room. Food was phenomenal, service was good.
