We had some bad experiences previously, and have always hesitated to come back. Tonight however Brylee provided incredible service. Friendly, funny and engaging…. We’re definitely going to be back because of this!
Brylee was fantastic her attitude and attention to detail was a 5 star. She made our visit exceptionally amazing!!!
Food was ok, nothing to rave about unfortunately. Young female server was not busy but seemed to be in a rush at 7pm on a Tuesday. Server was not pleasant at all. She had a long face and short responses to questions. Didn't have a genuine care for serving customers. Asked if the kitchen had tortillas and she said "no" but the menu has quesadillas lol Restaurant was quiet and not busy, so food came out quickly. Restaurant space was clean, plenty of TVs and tables.
Our dining experience is always on par with excellence. Our waitress Haley is always attentive and friendly.
My daughters and I attended the st Thomas location for lunch . We waited over 30 minutes for our food when there was only one other table in the place and we only ordered a quesadilla and kids butter parm pasta . My daughters were also unable to use the washroom as they were being cleaning at 12 pm? The sound of the machine was also very loud and we did not enjoy our experience at all .
