Edited for the quick response I received from Chuck's. They cared enough to ask for additional details and correct the problem. That alone changes my rating because at the end of the day I want to give my business and money to organizations that actually want to improve if needed. Aftercare is just as important. First time visit for me and repeat visit for my friend. First time visit for me and repeat visit for my friend. The chicken fingers she ordered were overcooked and tough, she had to find edible pieces but when dropped on the plate (which she demonstrated to our server) you could hear how hard they were. We found it interesting that our server barely acknowledged her comment and offered nothing to remedy the situation. He was pleasant enough but her satisfaction and ensuring she did not leave the restaurant hungry did not seem to be a concern. Dining out together is always a treat... read more

Not surprised by the recent one star reviews over the past few weeks, unfortunately, we have experienced the same issues. We have been loyal customers of this location for years, watching games, celebrating birthdays, and hosting family events. Unfortunately, after our last three visits, we will not be returning.
