Seriously…cold drinks, decent food and unheard of value for the $
Disappointed with the amount of 86 items on the menu. I understand father's day is busy but it should be anticipated and management should have prepared. Out of T-Bone special, diet soda, mushrooms, baked potatoes ect. just seems like poor planning from a business standpoint. I feel bad for the servers, it must be embarrassing. Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience at Chucks. I have been a regular customer for a long time, and I never expected to be treated this way. We paid our full bill, including a tip, but we were still treated with disrespect. After we asked to leave with our so called cups, we were discriminated for it and then blamed for the situation. Staff speak with prospective customers with such distain and when something wrong occurs there is no awareness to say ,"I'm sorry that happened." They simply walk away and pretend you don't matter.
