Full rack of ribs were delicious! Server was great.
We’ve been going to Chuck’s for quite a while now, and usually, we’ve had great experiences — good food and friendly service. That’s why we were disappointed with our recent visit. Unfortunately, the service this time really fell short. Our waitress seemed inattentive and rushed. We had to ask multiple times for basic things like water refills and napkins, and it felt like we were being ignored for most of the meal. It definitely took away from the experience.
