Once got food poisoning (pretty mild so it was aight) another time the steak was hella overcooked. Other times I went we’re aight. Probably still gonna pull up
In theory, Brand recognition is built on mutual respect. That does not seem to be the mentality at this restaurant, I don’t know about the other stores in the franchise, but I’m talking specifically about this one. I don’t know where to start. I’ve been to the Orleans location and it’s worlds better the Kanata location. I guess I will start with the service. The hostess was great. She greeted us in a timely manner and seated us, even took my request for a booth table. When our server, Parth greeted us he was very dismissive especially when we ordered waters since I don’t drink pop or alcohol- I could almost hear his eyes roll. I go out to dinner once sometimes twice a week , im a 55 year old restaurant owner, I have a heiniken and a Ceasar to start and at some point another heiniken, 3 drinks in 90 minutes like I have for 20 years, more actually, chicks for whatever ungodly reason decided at their discretion that if you order 2 drinks in the first hour thats it, you can't order more, the poor server obviously knowing how absurd this is did his best , the service was great but not being able to obtain something that is sold in an eatery cause of a ... read more
