I was here earlier today for a late lunch with a friend. I’ve been here countless times before, never had an issue. Unfortunately, today…my steak was extremely chewy. Our server, Tony…noticed that I hadn’t eaten much of it and asked if everything was okay. A few mins later the manage, Penny…came back and apologized. She removed the steak from our bill and gave us a free dessert. Really great customer service from both Tony and Penny, I’m sure this was a one-off experience at a place I otherwise really enjoy visiting.
I had a barbeque sauce grilled chicken and I found ham pieces fallen in the ceaser salad. In addition to this carlessness, I am allergic to pork.
Being frequenters to Chucks originally and getting quickly discouraged by cold food, terrible service, and bad attitudes....The Nrw and Improved Chucks is a Breath of Fresh Air. Back.to back recent visits and nothing but full bellies and smiles from us. Food was awesome. Great size portions. A little hiccup with a Lobster Tail and that was nipped in the butt before even hitting the table followed by an "over the top" gesture by the Manager without a fuss from us for a complimentary dessert.
