They served the cold chicken fingers & served only 2 pieces. When asked for the pieces are less in the wings , rings & fingers compared to other chucks . She said this is what it is , secondly asked its burnt & cold hard fingers. Serves said oh really … & didn’t offered to replace or she can do something just walked away from the table . Insane….. never experienced that kinda thing in other Chuck’s.
I selected Chuck's for a dinner with out of town friends as it was easy access to the highway. I haven't been for a while and thought it would be a good option. I called ahead to request a table that could accommodate a child in a wheelchair, i was told thatvwas fine. I recently visited Chuck’s Roadhouse and while things started off okay, the experience quickly went downhill. First, the beer mugs brought to our table looked awful, scratched up, water stains, and bruised glassware that didn’t look clean or well-maintained. When our food arrived, two of the three dishes were fine, but the chicken strips were a real disappointment. They were cold, tasteless, and honestly felt like chewing on cardboard.
