I got the new york steak, and it was really good. Very juicy, low amount of fat. It came with fries and corn. The corn was good, but the fries were kind of bland. Ive had better fries at other places. I would give 5 stars, but then for the appetizer, I got motzerella sticks... They tasted good, but the cheese was not stretchy at ALL! Normally have good service, was a slower night server rarely checked on us and walked by us several times after 20 minutes we had enough of waiting and stopped a male host who was super nice and got us takeout containers and finally got our server to come over to us and give us our bills… messed up our bills twice as well
I was VERY disappointed with my most recent visit to Chucks.. All 4 plates on the table were dirty and smudgy, and so were the utensils. This isn’t something that should be “brought to a server’s attention” plates and utensils that are not clean should not have left the kitchen in the first place. Unlike most, i was a regular and ill say the staff are nasty. The food is inconsistent and unreliable.
