Just got home from our mother's day dinner. The restaurant was a mess. I understand that it was probably busy because of mother's day, but there was fries all over the floor, tables that went uncleaned the whole time we were there, and very young wait staff who didn't know what they were doing. The only saving grace about our visit was our waitress Anne Marie. She is the only employee that showed any sort of hustle. Polite friendly and knows her stuff. This was probably one of our worst experiences at Chuck's. We were warned when we sat down that it would take 5 minutes for the waitress to come see us, after 15 -20 minutes we had to ask for a waitress that was walking by if we could order., because we still hadn't seen ours. She mentioned it wasn't her section, but she would take care of us. Loud, and the light was a bit dim, but the food and service were both great.
Always get good and fast service here, food is consistent and well made. Rarely have waits for tables. Fair amount of food for the price you pay.
