Sold out of vodka for Ceasars on a Sunday afternoon. Took 30 minutes for our small plate of Nochos to come out when there was only 3 other tables with people, which were over cooked / almost burnt. Server forgot to bring out salsa and sour cream. We didn't see waitress again for 15 min, so we gave up on that due to a time restraint. This is the 2nd and last chance for chucks for us. Not going to be disappointed a 3rd time.
I have been going to chucks and a variety of places since we moved to hanover more than 3 years ago. We used to go there on a regular basis afternoon and evenings. In the last year I have seen most of the staff leave or be fired both kitchen and servers. In the last couple of months they have continously run out of beer and food. Today they did not have bud light or coors light available again and it is Wednesday. From what the staff said it will not be available until Tuesday next week. The waitress Hailey was lovely and doing her best, but they were out of various alcohol including vodka. Ordered their filet mignon which they sent out uncooked, sent back and she attempted to get it covered to which she was denied and management suggested a free ice cream instead. This is the third time we’ve tried to eat here since it opened and every time there is something that has gone bad or. Cesar dressing, coffee curdled. Not to mention this is the emptiest I’ve seen. Suggest to avoid this location in Hanover.
