RecommendedVery quite, friendly people, & pet friendly.
I reccomend Chuck's Rentals to anyone looking for a place to live that's on a lower end budget. It's a very nice, quiet park, no problems at all. Pet friendly, they even have a dog park for residents to use. The maintenance guys are awesome and stay on top of things. Victor and Omar are the best!
I miss living here! I lived here for ten years! I am considering moving back. Rent is reasonable. They are super kid friendly. I miss the management too! Such nice people and good memories! Maintenance can take a while but they work hard and are kept very busy so I understand when waiting is necessary.
Just moved in and very very pleased with how clean my place is! When i 1st looked at my place it was decent but NOW- WOW!! 2 thumbs up to Chucks fantastic cleaning crew! Carpet sampooed as well! Very pleased Thx again
They are fast at repairs very freindly and cooperative and very respecful
