The Starter on my Yukon went out Christmas night. I had a different mobile Mechanic diagnose it and agreed to repair it today. Well, called twice today with no answer so I ran across Chuck and decided to give him a try and I'm glad I did. He communicated with me from beginning to end, was earlier than the time he gave, and the repair was completed in 20 minutes.
