The Starter on my Yukon went out Christmas night. I had a different mobile Mechanic diagnose it and agreed to repair it today. Well, called twice today with no answer so I ran across Chuck and decided to give him a try and I'm glad I did. He communicated with me from beginning to end, was earlier than the time he gave, and the repair was completed in 20 minutes. Mr. Chuck arrived within 45 minutes, and we spent more time b.s.ing than he did working on my car, lol, which was a good thing because he works fast. And he fixed my problem and even went the extra mile.
Did an inspection for a car I wanted to buy. He said it was all good. I picked it up next day drive off 10 miles and it stalled on highway. I asked him If maybe saw anything unusual and if he could pass by check it out. ( I was willing to pay him again to help me). I Asked if I should tow it to seller or to his garage as I live in NYC. No response. If someone is stranded on a highway with cars flying, at least could just reply and lie and say " So sorry I am busy for rest of the day".
