I have nothing but good words about this Harley. What makes this dealer special is the staff. They make sure every interaction with them leaves you feeling satisfied. I am not originally from Illinois, but flew in to look at a bike I was eye-bawling for a long time. I saw that they had the exact model in stock, color I wanted + great price, it was a no brainer. Got myself a sweet deal!
I had a pleasure doing business with this Harley-Davidson dealership. First of all, I got a great deal, which can make anyone happy. Second of all is the staff. Everyone knows their job pretty well, had support at each stage of the process, everything went smooth thanks to them, starting from financing and paperwork till the moment I got the keys to my new bike. Chucks HD did treat me and my partner really well. We called them and made and appointment to come in and take a look at some bikes they had for sale. First we were saved with some coffee while waiting for our sales agent, we were not allowed to wonder trough the dealership ourselves as they are still renovating the place and do not allow walk-ins.
