We contracted this company to do 2 showers in our home, and our experience was terrible. Our order took 3 times as long as we were quoted and in the end it was not what we ordered and they refused to offer any discounts. They broke one of our shower doors before the installation and failed to tell us until they came to install the other one. Terrible communication! I had them come out to measure some custom doors, and they did so received a quote signed and emailed it back they told me the is would be 12 weeks no problem. Called them at the 12 week mark and was told they never received the order. So I looked at me email to make sure that it was sent and it was I even received a open confirmation. Need less to say they offered no help in solving the problem. I found a alternative solution. I ordered a simple place of small glass for a table top from this guy, was given a quote of $86 and was told it would be ready in one week. That was on Friday. One week later I got no call on Friday, so I called the next Monday and was told it was still not ready but that it would be ready the next Friday and during the conversation the lady then became rude and said she couldn’t guarantee it would be ready for the next Friday but I should call back.
